Marilyn Monroe SexTape To Be Kept Private

A 15-minute film of Marilyn Monroe engaging in a sex act with an unidentified man will be kept from public view by a New York businessman who has bought it for $1.5 million, the broker of the deal said.

Memorabilia collector Keya Morgan said he recently arranged the sale of the silent, black-and-white film from the son of a deceased FBI informant who owned it, to a wealthy Manhattan businessman who wants to protect Monroe's privacy.

"The gentleman who bought it said out of respect for Marilyn he's not going to make a joke of it and put it on the Internet and try to exploit her," said memorabilia collector Keya Morgan. "That's not his intention and I would never get my name involved if that were to happen."

Monroe is clothed and the man's face remains out of the frame for the entire 15 minutes of the film, said Morgan, who watched it.

Monroe was rumored to have had an affair with former U.S. President John F. Kennedy, and Morgan said former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, a Kennedy rival, went to great lengths to try to prove it was Kennedy in the film.

One of Monroe's ex-husbands, the late baseball great Joe DiMaggio, once tried to buy it from the collector for $25,000 but "he would not part with it," according to FBI files on Monroe.

Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to give a deposition for a negligence lawsuit filed against her earlier this year after crashing her car in October 2005. She is being sued by Raymundo Ortega for crashing her Mercedes-Benz into his red van in Hollywood, after allegedly drinking at celebrity hotspot The Ivy. Lohan's attorneys have been attempting to have plans for Lohan to give evidence on videotape stopped because of fears the footage could later be sold for a large amount of cash to the tabloids. They claimed: "If a single picture of Ms. Lohan can sell for thousands of dollars, a videotape of the deposition will undoubtedly sell for tens of thousands of dollars, or more." Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Stern dismissed their argument and ruled Lohan must give video evidence. Lohan has filed her own counter-suit against Ortega, alleging he and a number of unspecified defendants caused the accident. A trial date has been set for both cases next year.

Mills told the jury in Brighton Magistrates Court that Kaycappa grabbed her shoulder as he attempted to take her photo in a Brighton, England subway in July 2006. The photographer had denied two charges of common assault. Jennifer Lopez has been awarded nearly $545,000 in a lawsuit against her first husband, Ojani Noa, over his plans to publish a tell-all book claiming she had several affairs. A court-ordered arbitrator made the decision in Lopez's breach-of-contract lawsuit against Noa, court papers indicated. The award includes $200,000 in damages, with the rest going for arbitration costs and attorneys' fees. Lopez's lawsuit claimed that Noa had violated a previous lawsuit settlement preventing him from revealing private information about their relationship. The arbitrator also decided that a permanent injunction should be awarded against Noa that would bar him from "criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement" to Lopez. Noa will be be directed to give Lopez or her attorney all copies of materials related to the book. The arbitration decision was disclosed when Lopez's attorney filed papers asking a Superior Court judge to confirm the award. Noa and Lopez, married in February 1997 and were divorced eleven months later. His unpublished, ghostwritten book alleges that during that time Lopez had multiple affairs, including one with her 3rd and current husband, Marc Anthony, court documents indicated. Her lawsuit claimed Noa offered not to publish the book in return for $5 million. In 2004, Noa sued Lopez for breach of contract, claiming she lured him into taking a $1,000-a-week managerial job at her Pasadena restaurant and then fired him Five months later. Noa settled the case for $125,000 and agreed not to disclose private information about their relationship or to disparage Lopez, according to court papers. Lopez's lawsuit claimed Noa's book plans breached that agreement.

Paris Hilton's humanitarian tour of Rwanda has been postponed by the foundation that organized the trip. "Due to the restructuring of the Playing for Good Foundation, the philanthropic trip to Rwanda that the foundation had previously planned with Paris Hilton has been postponed," the organization said in a statement. Playing for Good Foundation is a children's charity. On Hilton's itinerary were visits to schools and health-care clinics "Paris has been a loyal and gracious supporter of Playing for Good, but the foundation has to regrettably reschedule this trip," the organization said. "Playing for Good would like to thank Ms. Hilton for her generosity and her continued support of this initiative and is looking forward to rescheduling the trip with her at a later time." Hilton announced last month she was planning a trip to Rwanda, the scene of genocide in 1994, because she hoped she could raise awareness about what people can do to help those in need. Hilton says she'll visit Rwanda next year. "I know (Rwanda) went through a lot of traumatic experiences, and I feel like if I go there, I can help save some people's lives," Hilton says. Even though her trip to Rwanda has been postponed, Hilton is still determined to use her celebrity status for good causes. "I want to travel the world," she says. The video showed her walking away after assessing the damage to her own car. The owner of the other car, Kim Robard-Rifkin, filed a police report three days later. Spears had been ordered to report for booking before an Oct. 25 court appearance.

She said she was "sort of amused and sort of shocked" when she learned Spears was the source of the damage, adding that she had expected to hear from Spears or one of her representatives. "I simply want my car fixed, the same as I would fix somebody's car if I had done that," Robard-Rifkin said. Spears was scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 10.

Lohan entered the rehab center following her arrest after a high-speed car chase in Santa Monica. She was in possession of cocaine when she was taken into custody. Last week, Lindsay pleaded guilty to two charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance (cocaine) and pleaded no contest to two charges of DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol). She also pleaded no contest to one charge of reckless driving. Paris Hilton has reached a settlement in a $10 million defamation lawsuit between her and diamond heiress-actress Zeta Graff. In the suit, Graff claimed that Hilton spread "vicious lies" about her to the media in 2005. Both sides reached an "amicable resolution," but the details were kept confidential, according to a statement released by Graff's attorney, Bruce Broillet. Vivica A. Fox has been barred from drinking alcohol, just one sip could bring her back in front of the judge. In Los Angeles County Superior Court, a judge ordered Fox to stay sober until her September arraignment, but didn't bar her from associating with those who are drinking. "She can be around alcohol because of the nature of her work" the judge said, adding "but she cannot consume or possess it. I am not permitting her to consume alcohol." If Fox does drink, she could be forced to hand over thousands in bail money, due to the fact that she was originally released on her own recognizance. Fox was arrestedfor DUI in March, after she raced past the police at a high rate of speed on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles. She reportedly registered .09 on a Breathalyzer test, just over the .08 legal limit. If convicted, Fox faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Attorney Randall Billington said that he has been retained by Dante Nigro and Jakon Sutter, who say they pleaded with Lohan to stop as she raced along the Pacific Coast Highway at 100 mph. He is also representing Ronnie Blake, who says Lohan drove Nigro's SUV over his foot as she raced off. "Some people think a discussion should begin with 'I'll see you in court.' I don't believe that," said Billington, adding he hoped the situation could be resolved amicably. He also expressed concern for the well-being of Lohan, who was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence and cocaine possession at the end of the ride. "From my clients' point of view, they want to see a good outcome to that story for her," he said. Shortly before the chase began, Nigro said, Lohan's personal assistant got into an argument with her boyfriend and then Lohan. At that point, Nigro said, Lohan snatched his keys, which were still in the ignition of his SUV, jumped into the driver's seat and gave chase. As the car accelerated, Blake said, he managed to jump out, but the vehicle ran over his foot. As Lohan raced after her assistant, Nigro and Sutter said, the car reached speeds of 100 mph. "So we start pleading with her, 'Can you please stop the car,'" Sutter said. "I was honestly terrified," Nigro added. "I really thought we were going to crash and I really thought we were going to get severely hurt or all of us were going to die." After Lohan's assistant got away, Nigro said, Lohan raced to the Santa Monica home of the former assistant's mother. The mother, seeing a strange car arrive as she was returning home, fled in a Cadillac Escalade and called police. "At this point the Escalade's flying, we're flying, we're probably going 80 miles per hour in residential Santa Monica," Nigro said. The chase ended when the Woman stopped near the Santa Monica police station and Lohan was arrested. As she spoke with police, Nigro said, Lohan tried to implicate Sutter. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will officially divorce today. Spears' lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, went to court with the final papers to get a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to sign-off on the settlement, making the divorce final. Wasser will make a motion to keep the custody and spousal support orders secret. Federline is reportedly receiving $15,000 a month from Spears for child support. He's also reportedly getting $20,000 a month in spousal support, but that's based on the prenup, and it appears the alimony payments will come to an end in November. As for custody arrangement for the couple's two sons, it will stay at 50/50. Neither Spears nor Federline are happy with the custody arrangement, and either of them can go back to court and ask for a change. Federline won't even speak to Spears, so they will probably be back in court asking the judge to make decisions about child rearing. There are reports that Federline may go to court soon to get full custody. Sources say he has signed-off on the 50/50 custody split. He may not be happy, but it doesn't seem he's ready for all-out war either.

The Sheriff's Department released a statement regarding the 82-minute incarceration of Nicole Richie: "On August 23 2007, at 3:15 PM Miss Nicole Camille Richie reported to CRDF and surrendered herself following a July 27 arrest, she was sentenced to serve 96 hours in County Jail. Miss Richie was accompanied by her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley and her boyfriend Joel Madden. Miss Richie was booked and processed into the jail system. Miss Richie was cooperative during the process. Based on her sentence and federal court guidelines, Miss Richie was released at 4:37 PM."

Judge Blocks Release

A Los Angeles judge has issued a temporary restraining order that prevents the release of a 1994 videotape documenting a breast augmentation surgery for Anna Nicole Smith. Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff granted the order at the request of Smith's former attorney and executor of her will, Howard K. Stern. The injunction prevents the sale, distribution or dissemination of the videotape. In court documents, Stern accused Gerald Wayne Johnson, the Texas doctor who performed the surgery, of sending a tape showing the procedure to Thomas Riccio, a Los Angeles-based memorabilia dealer. Stern claims the surgery was taped without Smith's consent. Smith died in Florida in February at the age of 39. Johnson claims he routinely records surgeries with the patient's permission and promises to keep the video confidential "during the patient's lifetime." Johnson said he gave Riccio permission to use the video after Smith died. Stern claims Johnson's wife and Riccio would share in any proceeds from the sale of the videotape to various media outlets.

Spears yelled, "I am going to kill you!" and cursed at Andrew Deetz, a photographer who says he was beaten by Spears' bodyguard according to a statement released by Deetz's lawyers. "Deetz is preparing to sue," his lawyers said. The other photographer involved was Kyle Henderson. They both work for a celebrity photography company called Flynet Pictures, according to Daniel Kogan, a spokesman for Deetz's lawyers. The photographers were taking pictures of Spears as she and her children left the spa at the Wynn Las Vegas casino-hotel accompanied by two bodyguards. "One bodyguard, Cesar Julio Camera pushed Henderson against the Wall until Wynn security intervened and asked Henderson to leave," the statement said. "As they were about 30 paces away and walking in the opposite direction, Camera attacked Deetz from behind, threw him on the ground and punched and kicked him until security pulled him off," the statement said. "Afterward, Spears ran toward Henderson but was stopped by security, and then she threw a baby bottle at him," it said. "Then, in front of several other hotel guests and bystanders, Spears threatened to kill Deetz and said he should get a restraining order against her because she was going to kill him or hire someone that would," it said. Camera also previously confronted Deetz outside a boutique in Beverly Hills and told him, "I have unfinished business with you," the statement alleged. Deetz, who maintains he always kept a safe distance of approximately 30-50 feet while photographing Spears, says the attack caused him "multiple bruises to his face and head as well as injuries to his brain, neck and other parts of his body." He claims he continues to receive treatment for his injuries. Las Vegas police issued a summons for a charge of battery to Camera, the only person cited. He could face up to six months in county jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

"It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs," Lohan said in a statement released by her publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnik. She said she did things she was ashamed of. "I broke the law and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case." "She’s getting what everyone else would get," Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers said after an hourlong hearing in Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge H. Chester Horn Jr.'s courtroom. "If Lohan were to be convicted of another DUI, she would receive a mandatory 120-day jail sentence," Meyers said. "If she violates her probation in any way," Meyers added, "she could face even more time behind bars: up to a year on each of the drunk-driving and cocaine charges and 90 days on the reckless-driving charge." "If she violates, it really is up to the judge to determine the specific sentence," Meyers said. Lohan has until Jan. 18, 2008, to complete her jail time, community service and residential drug-rehabilitation program. She must also show Proof of enrollment in the 18-month alcohol-education program required of all second-time drunken-driving offenders by that January date. "No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have," Lohan's statement went on. Lohan was charged with seven misdemeanors stemming from two drunken-driving arrests in the last four months. More serious Felony drug charges were not filed, prosecutors said, because tests showed there wasn't enough cocaine on her to warrant them. Attorney Blair Berk entered pleas on Lohan's behalf: she pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine; no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level above .08 percent and one count of reckless driving. Two counts of driving under the influence were dropped. The judge sentenced Lohan to 96 hours in jail, the mandatory minimum for a second drunken-driving offense. Lohan was given credit for 24 hours already served, and she elected to complete 10 days of community service instead of 48 hours behind bars, an option available to all two-time DUI offenders. "She still must serve the balance of her sentence, 24 hours, in city or county jail," Meyers said.
