Halle Berry has confirmed she's three months pregnant with her first child. She confirmed the good news that she's expecting boyfriend Gabriel Aubry's child. Berry said, "Yes, I am three months pregnant! Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I've waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life. You heard it from me first!" Rumors of a baby had been Rife for quite sometime. According to the reports, the producers of her upcoming film 'Tulia' had delayed the shooting, which was supposed to start in October, because of Berry's pregnancy. Brooke Shields Claustrophobic

Brooke Shields has ruled out plastic surgery because she hates the thought of being 'trapped' by fake breasts and facelift procedures. Shields played a sex therapist in the plastic surgery drama 'Nip/Tuck'last season and has tried Botox in the past, but she insists cosmetic enhancement is not something she'd be comfortable with. She says, "I tried, like, Botox in my forehead. I got so claustrophobic. I would get claustrophobia if I had breast implants. I'd be like, 'Get them out, get them out.' My husband's very upset about that though. It's a very foreign, man-made object in your body. I'm also attached to my face. It's been around in the public eye for so long." See more Brooke Shields

Sara Evans Granted Divorce

After a year of nasty allegations, country singer Sara Evans was granted a divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. Judge R.E. Lee Davies announced the agreement at a hearing. The two sides agreed on a joint custody plan for their three children and a split of marital assets. Evans also agreed to pay ex-husband Craig Schelske alimony of at least $500,000 over 10 years. "Both parties are fully committed to raising their children in a cooperative and positive way. Both parties are loving and caring parents," said a brief statement filed with the court by the lawyers for both sides. "They request that everyone respect the family's privacy." Evans filed for divorce last October after 13 years of marriage, alleging that Schelske committed adultery, was verbally and emotionally abusive, drank excessively and frequently watched pornography in their home. Schelske denied all the allegations and responded in court documents that Evans filed for divorce the same day he discovered she was having an extramarital affair. Evans denied those claims. Britney Spears Loses Custody

Britney Spears was ordered to surrender custody of her children to ex-husband Kevin Federline. Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that Federline will take custody of his sons beginning Wednesday "until further order of the court." Earlier this month, Gordon said Spears engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" and ordered her to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week as part of her ongoing custody dispute with Federline. Spears also was previously ordered to meet weekly with a "parenting coach" who was to observe and report back to the court about her parenting skills. Both Spears and Federline must complete the court's "Parenting Without Conflict" class. Spears and Federline were married in October 2004. Britney Spears Charged

Britney Spears legal woes mounted as prosecutors charged her with misdemeanor counts of hit and run and driving without a valid license after she allegedly smashed her car into another in a parking lot in August. "She could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each count," said Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the city attorney's office. "The accident occurred Aug. 6," Velasquez said. Spears was filmed by paparazzi that day crashing her car into another vehicle as she tried to turn into a spot in a Studio City parking lot. After assessing the damage to her own car only, she was shown on the paparazzi video walking away. "Three days after the accident, the owner of the other vehicle, Kim Robard-Rifkin, filed a police report, and investigators later determined that Spears does not have a valid license," officials said. Robard-Rifkin learned it was Spears who had hit her car through a video that was posted on a celebrity web site. She said she was "sort of amused and sort of shocked" when she learned Spears was the source of the damage, adding that she had expected to hear from Spears or one of her representatives. Tori Spelling Available For Weddings

Tori Spelling is now available for weddings. She says, "Yep, that's right, Reverend Tori Spelling. I did it online and my official certificate is in the mail. I'm so proud." "Spelling has officiated at a same-sex union at Chateau La Rue, the bed-and-breakfast that she and husband Dean McDermott run in Fallbrook, California on their Oxygen network reality series, 'Tori & Dean: Inn Love,'"her spokeswoman, Meghan Prophet said. "I was so honored when the couple asked me to officiate. We did it on the front steps of the Chateau as 40 of their friends looked on seated in a loungelike atmosphere," Spelling said. Spelling and McDermott have reprised their innkeeper duties for the show's second season. "It was so beautiful as I united Tony and Dex as life partners in love. They wrote their own beautiful vows and there was so much love surrounding them that there wasn't a dry eye in the driveway," said Spelling, adding that she was "beyond nervous." "I've done live theater and presented at the Emmys and this by far was my scariest moment simply because they had bestowed such an honor upon me and I didn't want to let them down." 'Desperate Housewives' star, Eva Longoria says she is addicted to facials and admits the beauty treatment is one of the few vices she allows herself, as well as shoes. She confessed, "I love facials, I'm a spa junkie. I love massages and scrubs and I am obsessed with shoes. I do pinch myself when I see how many pairs of shoes I have." She has also revealed her strict fitness regime. She works out every day with a personal trainer and sticks to a specific healthy eating plan. She says: "I have a trainer. I train every day but I get really bored really easily so we do weight training, balance training, core training, jump rope, everything. "I have to eat healthily, but I'm lucky in that I love eating fish and vegetables. On the set our caterers will make anything I want.
